This Science Story includes videos and activities that link to each other. Videos in this lesson plan provide background knowledge for the activities. The authors suggest watching the videos and choosing the activities that best suit your class or adapting them to suit your class.​A free resource to connect science, storytelling and climate awareness in the classroom, created by Plymouth Marine Laboratory (PML), Probleu's SCIENCE STORY - THE OCEAN IN A CHANGING CLIMATE features:
📹Two Q&A videos where children ask marine scientists their questions about how climate change is affecting the ocean and the animals that live within it.
📖 Oceanus and the Children of the Sea: a beautifully-illustrated storybook, available to download or watch as a read-aloud video. The story is read in the Marine Biology Association’s library by the book’s illustrator, Meryl Hopper.
