The overarching idea of a non-conference is the proverb “where there is a gathering, there is power”, which values the active contribution of various associations, unions and practitioners. This time, the event will take place as a true co-creation, the content of which will be shaped by the communities in the field of adult education and continuing training. The XI Educators' Non-Conference brings together educators, training managers, andragogues, educator associations, and partners to collectively reflect on learning, communities, and the role of educators in a changing world. The non-conference will take place in several stages and will combine an online format and a community meeting. Mark the dates in your calendar:
➡ A non-conference online day will be held on April 24, 2026 , where current topics in the field of adult education and continuing training will be discussed. The online day offers a wider audience the opportunity to contribute to the content and discussions. The online day will be followed by a period of reflection and review of recordings.
➡ Community Day will take place at the Põhjala factory on May 7, 2026. The focus will be on collaborative learning, workshops, inspiring discussions, and a meeting of the community of educators.
