Sea-level rise is one of the most urgent challenges for coastal communities and ecosystems worldwide. This new course, organized by the
Future Earth research School - FERS at CMCC Foundation - in collaboration with the Coastal Resilience School of the Decade Collaborative Centre for Coastal Resilience and the OceanTeacher Global Academy, provides participants with the tools to understand risks, assess vulnerabilities, and design effective adaptation strategies.

The program combines online training with an in-person module in Bertinoro, featuring lectures, group work, case studies, and hands-on exercises with real datasets thanks to CINECA’s computing resources.
