Predicting the future by re-imagining the present

Convening the multiple-helix for problem-solving of SHARED environmental challenges FACING the baltic sea region

The Blue Funding Navigator helps organizations, innovators, and stakeholders engaged in Blue Literacy navigate Europe’s main funding programs and support mechanisms. It translates complex and often fragmented EU funding systems into clear, practical pathways for action within the blue knowledge and ocean literacy space.

From Horizon Europe and LIFE to Erasmus+ and INTERREG, COSME, and Digital Europe, relevant funding opportunities are reframed into accessible entry points for education, awareness, innovation, and capacity-building initiatives focused on oceans, water systems, and blue sustainability. Instead of searching through dispersed calls and highly technical documentation, users can quickly understand what is relevant to their goals, what is realistically achievable, and what concrete steps to take next.

The Baltic Living Lab provides its members with a guided system that supports decision-making, partnership development, and project design for blue literacy initiatives. It highlights key entry points such as cascade funding, pilot calls, and micro-grants, while also helping users identify potential partners and pathways for collaboration across the blue economy and ocean literacy ecosystem. The goal is simple: to reduce barriers between blue literacy initiatives and European funding, and to make participation in EU programs more accessible, collaborative, and actionable.

Whether you are an educator, researcher, NGO, public authority, or emerging blue initiative, the Blue Funding Navigator helps you move from idea to funded project with greater clarity, confidence, and strategic direction. Teachers can also access the Blue Funding Navigator to find a twinning partner to share lesson plans, engage in exchanges, and participate in the Baltic Living Lab Community of Practice.

Our mission

We're on a mission to change the way the housing market works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect properties that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.

Our vision

We want to live in a world where people can buy homes that match their needs rather than having to find a compromise and settle on the second-best option. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our clients from the moment they reach out to us and ask for our help.
