It translates complex and often fragmented EU funding systems into clear, practical pathways for action within the blue knowledge and ocean literacy space.

From Horizon Europe and LIFE to Erasmus+ and INTERREG, COSME, and Digital Europe, relevant funding opportunities are reframed into accessible entry points for education, awareness, innovation, and capacity-building initiatives focused on oceans, water systems, and blue sustainability. The Baltic Living Lab provides its members with a guided system that supports decision-making, partnership development, and project design for blue literacy initiatives.
