INSPIRIA is planning to submit new Erasmus+ KA1 projects for the October deadline in the Latvian NA. We will submit 1 YE (KA152) and 1 TC (KA153).

Description of the projects:

Latvia, Spring, 7 participants. Youth Exchange (KA152) - Career Compass for Youth.
The aim of the youth exchange is to provide young people with practical examples and guidance on how to choose a profession that matches their interests, knowledge, and skills through non-formal education methods. Practical workshops are planned to help participants create or improve their CVs, as well as receive useful tips for writing motivation letters. The tasks will be supported by one of Latvia’s leading HR coordinators, ensuring the information is highly valuable. The youth exchange reinforces the 7th European Youth Goal – quality employment for all.

Latvia, Spring, 4 participants. Training Course – Burn Bright, Not Out (KA153)

The main aim of the training course is to provide youth workers with practical recommendations, through non-formal education methods, on how to reduce the risk of burnout in their work with young people. During the training, participants will exchange experiences about their work in the youth sector, the biggest challenges they face, and examples of good practice. Participants will be introduced to various stress management techniques, as well as other important tools that can help them avoid burnout in their daily work with young people, while maintaining joy and inspiration. The training is based on the 6th European Youth Goal – Supporting youth workers and youth organizations – strengthening youth work and civic engagement.
