Manta Trust Ocean Ambassadors

Manta Trust provides an exciting opportunity for young ocean enthusiasts! Applications are now open for the 2026 Ocean Ambassador Programme, inviting motivated young people aged 13–17 from around the world to take an active role in ocean conservation. As an Ocean Ambassador, participants will:

· Connect with marine scientists and conservation professionals

· Develop their own ocean conservation projects in their schools or communities

· Build valuable skills in communication, leadership, and outreach

· Help share positive, science-based messages about the ocean

Who can apply? Young people with strong English communication skills, confidence in public speaking, and a passion for creativity and ocean advocacy. Ambassadors must be able to join one online meeting per month (Saturdays) and commit to the 12-month programme throughout 2026.
