The next Ocean Decade Dialogue will focus on UN Decade Challenge No. 2: How can we protect marine ecosystems and their biodiversity under changing environmental, social and climatic conditions?
Guest speakers Anna von Rebay and Michelle Bender from Ocean Vision Legal share information about how legal instruments can be used to protect the ocean, particularly with regard to the illegality of bottom trawling in EU waters and the growing ocean rights movement.
